We offer terms to our clients once they fill out a credit application and are approved. For other orders we typically required payment in full before shipment.
Our typical turnaround time is 2-4 business days depending on the complexity of your project.

We prefer all final artwork in a PDF or Adobe InDesign file, and any fonts converted to outlines OR be packaged within your files.
Before we can move your project to proofing we require a 50% down payment. Full amount is due upon shipping.
Shipping costs are calculated upon completion of the project (based on final size and weight). We primarily ship on our UPS account for both parcel and freight service, but we can bill to your account (either UPS or FedEx) if you’d prefer.
Your remaining balance is due at the time of shipment. The total cost, including shipping and any applicable taxes, will be reflected on the final invoice.
We mainly work from PDF files but are flexible to our client needs.

☐ Set all documents to “CMYK” color space.
☐ Make sure all elements that will need foil stamping, engraving, letterpress, embossing, or die cutting are in a vector format.
☐ Make sure artwork has 0.125 inches (⅛”) of bleed, so the file is 0.25 inches (¼”) taller and wider than the finished size.
☐ Outline all text (or provide the typeface/font in a downloadable file format).
☐ Make sure files are in a PDF format.
☐ If your design requires variable data, such as addresses for envelopes, please provide all typefaces/fonts used in the design.
