ABOUT METRO

MetroVCS is a combination of two local finishing companies. We acquired Metro Finishing in June of 2019 and one year later we acquired Sunbelt Letterpress. 
 
My printing career started in Los Angeles many years ago.  As time went on, the goal was to own a company.  I am so proud of our 10 team members, they make it happen on behalf of our fantastic customers. The team work and wealth of knowledge we have is unsurpassed in the industry based the size of our company.  We thrive on being challenged, this makes us better each day.

We do this by utilizing all of our team members knowledge, skills and vision to produce products that either meet or exceed our clients’ expectations.  At the same time, we will make a fair profit for the work we perform on behalf of our clients.  This will allow Metro to reinvest and continue to expand our services based on the needs of our clients.

We offer terms to our clients once they fill out a credit application and are approved. For other orders we typically required payment in full before shipment. 

Our typical turnaround time is 2-4 business days depending on the complexity of your project.

Yes, we will provide shipping estimates prior to shipment upon request. 

PROCESS

We prefer all final artwork in a PDF or Adobe Indesign file, and any fonts converted to outlines OR be packaged within your files. 

Before we can move your project to proofing we require a 50% down payment. Full amount is due upon shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated upon completion of the project (based on final size and weight). We primarily ship on our UPS account for both parcel and freight service, but we can bill to your account (either UPS or Fedex) if you’d prefer.

Your remaining balance is due at the time of shipment. The total cost, including shipping and any applicable taxes, will be reflected on the final invoice.

We mainly work from PDF files but are flexible to our client needs

When sending your files, we require either a purchase order or a proposal approval to start production. If there are any special notes, please include them on either document.
